PICKUP POINTYour journey will start right at the doorsteps of your hotel or Airbnb, where our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up in a luxury vehicle. First, you’ll see the most famous address in the world, the only place that combines a residence, an office building, and a museum – The White House. The tour guide will share with you its brief history and take some great pictures in front of this most famous city sight.
After that, you will check out the other important government buildings, including The United States Capitol – a true architectural symbol of American democracy. Enjoy time to stroll around the buildings breathing in their history, style, and symbolism.
Then you will walk through the historical Arlington Cemetery, where thousands of American heroes have been laid to rest.
After checking out the Kennedy Gravesites and the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, you will move on to the next part of the tour – The National Mall and Memorials. There you’ll view and learn some interesting facts about the giants like Lincoln Memorial and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, as well as the National World War II Memorial and the Reflecting Pool.
The last destination of the tour will be America’s busiest performing arts center, the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center, which hosts around 2,000 performances a year and offers truly unbeatable views of the Potomac River and Georgetown.
