Your journey will start right at the doorsteps of your hotel or Airbnb, where our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up in a luxury vehicle. As you drive around one of The Windy City’s most charming residential areas, you’ll drink numerous seasonal beers and learn about the Prohibition Era, the Chicago Fire, how Chicago politics had shaped the beer industry, and the main reasons for the current craft beer boom. After a brief history remark, we will check out several of the best craft breweries, sample their beers and bites, and discuss the beer brewing process and technology.
Finally, we’ll end up at a rooftop bar with the character of old-world pubs and try some amazing appetizers complimenting your drinks and the view.

Daniel was fantastic! Very charismatic and had a vast knowledge of the different types of beers. He also shared so much information on Chicago history linked to beer. This was a unique and fun experience and Daniel took the time to hear from the group and accommodate to our Beer tasting plan.
