Your journey will start right at the doorsteps of your hotel or Airbnb, where our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up in a luxury vehicle. We will first stop at one of America’s most exclusive places – Beverly Hills. We will explore the top shopping street of all time – Rodeo Drive and the iconic Beverly Wilshire Hotel, where the Pretty Woman movie was filmed. Then we will check out the residential side of Beverly Hills, with a legendary Beverly Hills Hotel and mansions of several A-list celebrities. On the outskirts of Beverly Hills, you will find yourself surrounded by all sorts of music clubs, cool bars, colorful billboards, fine dining, and luxury hotels on the Sunset Strip. Imagine how incredible this place was when world-famous bands like The Doors, Led Zeppelin, and Guns N’ Roses turned it into their playground!
On the Walk of Fame, you will locate the stars of your favorite actors and musicians and be able to touch their handprints in front of the world-famous Chinese Theater. Next, you will see the Dolby Theater, where The Academy Awards ceremony takes place, and even have a chance to go up the Oscars Stairs! Then we will head up to the hills and stop by the best secret spot to take pictures of the renowned Hollywood Sign.
Our next stop will be in Downtown LA, where we will learn how it all started. We will visit the old part of the town, filled with historical monuments and first buildings, and then go through the skyscraper-lined modern streets, with unique places like Walt Disney Concert Hall or the Staples Center, home of the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings.
After exploring the most urban part of the city, we will be ready to enjoy some picturesque views of the famous PCH on the way to Malibu. Many Hollywood stars have residences on these 27 miles of the Pacific coastline. Beautiful sandy beaches, upscale waterfront restaurants, dramatic canyons, and scenic hiking trails make it a wonderful place to live and play.
One of California’s most charming coastal towns, Santa Monica, will be the last destination of the day. We will walk along the oceanfront promenade and its famous pier, check out the Pacific Wheel and see the most expansive beach in America. With its diverse culinary scene, shopping, and entertainment Santa Monica is truly a local’s favorite any time of the year. You can stay there for dinner, or we can bring you back to the hotel at the end of the tour.

I would highly recommend this tour. David arrived promptly at our hotel for pickup. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were MANY sites I had requested to visit; he covered them all and added some locals’ favorites that we all enjoyed! We even stopped for lunch at a very nice restaurant and his food recommendations were top-notch. He truly made our visit to Los Angeles wonderfully memorable!

We had an 8-hour layover in LA and my family, and I wanted to take advantage and explore.
